| 摘 要： | 目的研究大果飞蛾藤(Porana sinensis Hemsl．)的化学成分。方法采用体积分数为70％的乙醇热回流提取,依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,通过反复硅胶柱色谱分离得到9个化合物,通过波谱解析和理化常数进行结构鉴定。结果分离并鉴定了9个化合物:东莨菪素(1),东莨菪苷(2),2,5-二甲氧基苯醌(3),伞形花内酯(4),咖啡酸乙酯(5),N-反式-阿魏酰酪胺(6),N-反式-香豆酰酪胺(7),β-谷甾醇(8)和β-胡萝卜苷(9)。结论大果飞蛾藤中主要含有苯丙素类成分,化合物3,4,6 和7首次从该属植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the constituents of Porana sinensis Hemsl. .METHODS The compounds were extracted with 70% EtOH and isolated via silica columns chromatography repeatly.RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated from this plant. On the basis of the properties and spectral analysis, their structures were identified as scopoletin(1) ,scopolin(2) , 2,5-dimethoxybenzoquinone(3), 7-hydroxy-coumarin(4), ethyl caffeate(5), N-trans-feruloyltyramine (6), N-trans-coumaroyltyramine (7),β-sitosterin (8) and β-daucosterol (9). CONCLUSION Compound 3,4,6 and 7 are isolated from this genus for the first time. |
