| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨创伤性膈疝的诊断方法和总结外科治疗的效果.方法 回顾我院于1996年11月至2003年11月共收治的18例创伤性膈疝病例,通过B超、X线、CT、手术探查确诊,并全部行外科手术治疗.结果 17例痊愈出院,1例死亡.结论 早期诊断和早期外科治疗是治疗创伤性膈疝的关键方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosis and surgical treatment of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. Methods The clinical data of eighteen cases of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia from November 1996n to november 2003 were restrospectively analyzed. All cases diagnosis by uhrasonography, Xray, CT and surgical operation. Results Seventeen cases were cured and one case died. Conclusion There are atypical symptoms of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. Early diagnosis and surgical treatment is important to improve cure rate and decrease mortality. |
