医科大学新生人格倾向调查与分析

目的了解医学大学新生的人格倾向。方法整群随机抽取200名入学新生,采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版（EPQ-RSC）进行调查、统计。结果医科大学新生有4%在P量表的分数偏高,倾向于孤独、独身,不关心他人;有13.5%的新生的N量表得分过高,可能常常焦虑、紧张、担忧、情绪起伏较大;22%的新生在E量表的分数偏低,过于内向,17%的新生的E量表分数偏高,做事容易冲动不计后果。②医科大学男生在P（精神质）、N（情绪性）和L（掩饰性）三个维度上都与全国常模有显著性差异（P〈0.001）;医科大学女生在N、L量表与全国常模有显著性差异（P〈0.001）。来自农村和城市的医科大学新生在E量表的分数表现出显著性差异（P〈0.001）;不同性别的医科大学新生在E、N、L分量表现出显著性差异。结论应该针对学生的人格倾向特点开展心理辅导工作。

Investigation and analysis on medical freshmen personality

Objective： To explore the personality characteristics of medical freshmen.Methods： Two hundred medical freshmen were tested by Eysenck personality questionnaire Chinese version（EPQ-RSC）.Results： ① About 4% medical freshmen got high score at P Scale,had the tendency of loneliness and did not care about others;About 13.5% medical freshmen got high score at N Scale,and often had anxiety,tension,worry and emotional ups and downs.About 22% medical freshmen got low score at E Scale,tended to introverted.About 17% medical freshmen got high score at E Scale,and tended to be impulsive regardless of the consequence.② Male students had significant difference with norm on P,N and L scale.Female students had significant difference with norm on N and L scale.Students from rural and city had significant difference with norm on E scale.The students of different sexes had significant difference on E,N and L scale.Conclusion： Psychological counseling should be carried out according to the student＇s different personality.
