乳腺癌疼痛现状调查

本文对68例乳癌住院病人疼痛现状进行了问卷式调查。结果显示 :疼痛发生率为61.8 % ;其中中重度疼痛占59.5 %。对病人生活影响最大的是正常工作、情绪和睡眠 ,止痛治疗总缓解率为89.3 % ;医生对病人疼痛程度的评估低于患者。本调查反映出 ,乳癌疼痛是乳癌治疗的重要方面 ,但医、患对疼痛的重视不足 ,“成瘾恐惧症”仍是影响药物治疗的原因之一。进一步重视病人疼痛及止痛治疗 ,是提高疼痛病人生活质量的重要方面。

SURVEY ON BREAST CANCER RELATED PAIN

There were 68 in patients with breast cancer who receiveda survey about their pain state by questionaire. Result:68.1% of those patients had cancer related pain. The frequency of moderate and severe pain was 59.5%. The quality of life of patients were mainly dependent on their ability of normal working and their states of mood or sleeping.The total response rate to analgesic therapy was 89.3% percent.The assessment to pain grade was lower in doctors than in patients.The results suggested that treatment of cancer related pain should be an important measure in treatment of breast cancer. One of causes influencing the result of pain to pay more attention to treating cancer pain in order to improve life quality in patients with cancer.
