| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤性泪小管断裂的手术方法、手术重点及其临床治疗效果。方法我院自2005年1月至2009年12月,采用显微镜直视下吻合手术对76例外伤性泪小管断裂患者进行治疗,取到了良好的治疗效果。对其一般资料和治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果 76例中68例冲洗泪道通畅,无溢泪,治愈率89.5%;8例冲洗泪道通而不畅,有轻度流泪,好转率10.5%。76例全部一次手术成功,有效率100%。结论外伤性泪小管断裂应及时手术,避免造成终生溢泪,影响患者的生活。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore of the surgical method,surgical and clinical treatment focus of traumatic canalicular laceration.Methods 76 cases of traumatic canalicular laceration in our hospital from January 2005 to December 2009 were treated under microscopic anastomosis,and gotten to a good efficacy.General information and treatment were analyzed.
