CIK细胞免疫治疗对术后肾癌患者免疫功能的影响

目的探讨CIK细胞免疫治疗对术后肾癌患者免疫功能的影响.方法选取Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期肾癌患者70例,经手术治疗后随机分为,CIK细胞治疗组和常规治疗组,每组35例;分别于CIK细胞治疗前、治疗后2周、4周和8周,动态监测患者免疫功能指标,包括外周血CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋比值、NK细胞比例以及Th1/Th2细胞因子水平.结果CIK细胞治疗组于CIK细胞治疗后2周,外周血CD3＋、CD4＋T细胞、NK细胞及CD4＋/CD8＋的比值、IL-2、INF-r水平较治疗前升高（P〈0.01）,于治疗后4周达高峰,此后逐渐回落（P〈0.05）;而CIK细胞治疗组Th2细胞因子（IL-4、IL-10）于CIK细胞治疗后2周下降,治疗后4周降至低谷.CIK细胞治疗组于CIK细胞治疗后2、4、8周CD3＋、CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋、NK细胞、IL-2、INF-r、IL-4和IL-10与常规治疗组各时点比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论CIK细胞免疫治疗能增强术后肾癌患者的免疫功能.

Effect of CIK Cells Immunotherapy on Immunity Function of Patients with Renal Cancer after Operation

Objective To study the effect of cytokine-induced killer（CIK） cells immunotherapy onimmunity function of renal cancer patients after operation.Methods 70 patients with histologically orcytologically confirmed renal cancer in I and II stage of TNM were randomly divided into 2 groups：CIK cellstherapy group and conventional therapy group,35 cases each group.We detected the imunity function of NSCLCcases,including the levels of CD3＋,CD4＋ T cells,ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋,NK cells,and the levels of Th1/Th2cytokine,before therapy of CIKcells and on 2nd,4th,8th week after therapy.Results On the second weekafter CIK cells therapy,the levels of CD3＋,CD4＋ T cells,NK cells,ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋,IL-2,INF-r inperipheral blood of patients with renal cancer in CIK cells therapy group were more higher than those beforetherapy（P0.01）,their levels reached at the peak on 4th week,from then on,their levels began to decrease（P0.05）.Meanwhile,on 2nd week aftertreated byCIKcells,the levels ofTh2（IL-4,IL-10） in CIKcellstherapy group began to decrease,and reached at a low ebb on 4th week.There was a statistically significantdifference in the levels of CD3＋,CD4＋ Tcells,NK cells,ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋,IL-2,INF-r,IL-4,IL-10 ofperipheral blood of patients with renal cancer on 2nd,4th,8th week after treatment between CIK cells therapy group and conventional therapy group（P0.05）.Conclusion CIK cells immunotherapy can enhance theimmune function of patients with renal cancer after operation.
