增殖细胞核抗原在肝细胞癌、肝硬化组织中的表达

目的 :探讨肝硬变、肝细胞不典型增生 (L CD)与肝细胞癌 (HCC)的关系。方法 :应用 S- P免疫组化技术检测了 2 7例 HCC、 90例肝硬变组织中 PCNA的表达。结果 :肝癌组织中 PCNA阳性表达明显高于肝硬变组织 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;伴有 L CD改变或 HBV感染的肝硬变组织 PCNA阳性率明显高于无 L CD改变和 HBV感染者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :(1) PCNA可能是检测各种细胞增殖状态的很有价值的标记物 ;(2 )具有较高 PCNA阳性表达率的 L CD有活跃的增殖能力 ,可能是一群具有肿瘤性增殖潜能的癌前细胞。

Study on the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and liver cirrhosis

Objective:To study the relationship between liver cirrhosis,liver cell dysplasia (LCD) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods:Immunohistochemical technique was used to analyze the expression of PCNA in 27 cases of HCC,30 cases of cirrhosis with HCC and 60 cases of HCC—free cirrhotic liver.Results:The expression of PCNA in HCC was significantly higher than that in cirrhotic liver (P＜0.05). The positive rate of PCNA in cirrhotic nodules with LCD and with HBV infection was significantly higher in those without LCD and without HBV infection.Conclusion:(1)PCNA may be one reliable criterion to examine cell proliferating condition.(2)LCD with a high positive rate of PCNA possess the ability of active growth and may be precancerous cells with the potential ability of neoplastic growth.
