| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药清热化瘀滋阴方对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡及临床指标的影响。方法选取SLE患者80例,随机分为治疗组(清热化瘀滋阴方联合激素)与对照组(单用激素)各40例,服药3个月比较两组患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡情况及临床指标变化。结果两组治疗后外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率均较治疗前明显下降,治疗组明显低于对照组;治疗组血常规、血沉、免疫球蛋白(IgG)、补体C3、抗核抗体(ANA)、抗ds-DNA抗体均较治疗前明显改善,且白细胞、血小板、C3、IgG、ANA指标的恢复优于对照组。结论清热化瘀滋阴方治疗活动期SLE有明显优势,临床指标明显改善,其可能通过降低外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率,改善免疫紊乱而发挥作用。
