广东省1995年登革热病原学和血清学调查结果分析

对广东省1995年疑似登革热（DF）患者的血清142份，其中以C6／36细胞进行病毒分离62份，以IFAT检测IgG抗体80份。结果，DI型病毒分离阳性率为51．61％（32／62），1－3天分离率最高，达714～90．0％，为病毒分离最佳期；IgG抗体阳性率为575％（46／80），于第4天可检出，11－14天阳性率最高，达81．82％，D1－D4型IgG抗体滴度在13－14天均可达1：640，检测IgG抗体第一相血清以5－7天较好。并提示，D1－D4型抗体滴度高低无法区分登车热流行型别，应以病原学分离鉴定为准，C6／36细胞分离病毒出现细胞病变的仅占62．5％，说明不能仅以C6／36细胞出现病变为阳性判断标准，应加用其他方法进一步的鉴定。

Astiological and Serological Analsis of Dengue Fever in Guangdong Province, 1995

Virus was isolatal with C6/36 cell and IgG antibody was detected by IFAT in suspected dengue fever(DF) Petient serum in Guangdong province 1995. The isolated positive rate of D1 virus was 51. 61 % (32/36)and the best isolated rae,7l .4 ~ 90.0%, was within 1 - 3 day. IgG positive rate was 57 .5% (46/8O). Theantibody could be detected on 4th day and the highest rate (81. 28% ) on 11th - 14th day. The titer of D1 -D4 IgG on 13th - 14th day reahed 1:640. The best time to detect IgG in the first phase serum was on 5th -7th day. It suguted Ihe hter of Dl -D4 IgG antibody could not identified the DF epiddric type and the typeshould rely on virus isolahon. The pathologic chang rate with C6/36 cell was only 62. 5%, so the isolatedstandnd could not according to this cell ouly.
