低脂高氮要素膳的临床应用

摘    要:要素膳为化学成分的粉状无渣膳食,经复水后可形成溶液或较稳定的悬浮液,不需消化或轻微水解即可在小肠上端吸收,目前,国内外已较广泛地用于临床。要素膳可分营养支持用和特殊治疗用两类,营养支持用的又分为低脂肪和高脂肪两种,我院1992年5月份以来,对14例手术病人全部经造瘘管滴入低脂高氮要素,治疗后,红细胞计数、血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白等均有不同程度的改善。

Abstract:The low fat and high nitrogen elemental diet are infused to 14 patients with acute necrotic pancreatitis and advanced tumour patients by the jejunum fistulation after operattion. The concentration of the elements has increased from 5% to 18%, total calorie has raised from 203. kcal to 1624 kcal/day and the protein has gone up from 8. 15 gram to 65. 16 gram/day. The result shows that all of the red-cell count, hematoglobin, total serum protein and albumin increased in various de-grees.
