骨转移瘤疼痛大分割放射治疗72例报告

目的观察大分割放射治疗骨转移瘤疼痛的止痛效果。方法骨转移疼痛患者72例，有明显疼痛病灶89处以大分割放射治疗，分割剂量DT3Gy／次，1次／d，5次／周，总剂量：脊椎部位DT30Gy／10次，非脊椎部位DT39～45Gy／13～15次。结果全组病例完全缓解率30．5％（22／72例），部分缓解率61．1％（44／72例），总有效率91．7％（66／72例），生活质量明显改善。结论大分割放射治疗骨转移瘤疼痛的止痛效果肯定，作用较持久，副作用小。

Hypofractionated radiotherapy for cancer patients with bone matastasis pain: a report of 72 cases

Objective To observe the effect and side effects of hypofractionated radiotherapy for cancer patients with bone matastasis pain. Methods Seventy-two patients with 89 sites of pain- ful bone metastasis were treated by hypofraetionated radiotherapy with 3 Gy each time and once a day, five times a week. The total dosage was 30 Gy at spine vertebral bone and 39--45 Gy at non-spine vertebral bone. Results The complete remission rate of pain was 30.5 % （22/72 cases）, partial remission rate was 61. 1% （44/72 cases）. The total effective rate of radiotherapy was 91.7% （66/ 72cases）. The patients＇s quality of life was obviously improved. Conclusion Hypofractionated radiotherapy is effective for relieving pain in patients with matastasis and side effects are less.
