| 摘 要： | 目的建立护肝胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量测定方法。方法比较甲醇索氏、甲醇超声、醋酸乙酯回流提取方法的提取效率,采用高效液相色谱法进行五味子醇甲的含量测定。结果高效液相色谱法测定五味子醇甲,线性为58~2320μg/ml,r=0.9999,n=6,平均加样回收率98.53%,RSD为1.39%(n=9)。结论高效液相色谱法测定五味子醇甲,方法灵敏,重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the methods for determination of schisandrol A in Hu Gan capsules.Methods Schisandrol A was extracted by methanol soxhlet,methanol ultrasonic extraction and ethyl acetate reflux.Schisandrol A was determined by high performance liguid chromatography.Results There were good linear relationships between the peak area and concentration,r=0.999 9(n=6).Recovery of schisandrol A was above 98%,RSD=1.39%(n=9).Conclusion The method is accurate and can be used for quality control for the preparation. |
