常年性过敏性鼻炎的联合用药疗效观察

目的 观察联合用药治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效.方法 对120例常年性过敏性鼻炎患者口服地塞米松,通窍鼻炎胶囊,鼻部滴用麻黄碱地塞米松,逐周减量,连续4周.结果 治疗一年后随访所有患者,88例(73.3%)有效,24例(20%)有效,8例(6.7%)无效.总有效率达到93.33%,不良反应轻微.结论 联合用药治疗常年性过敏性鼻炎具有疗效显著,不良反应少等优点,且价格低廉,值得临床推广应用.

Comprehensive drug treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis observed

Objective To observe the comprehensive drug(ephedrine dexamethasone nasaldrops,dexamethasone,Tongqiao rhinitis capsule) treatment of allergicrhinitis.Methods 120 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis are taking dexamethasoneand Tongqiao rhinitis capsule orally,andusing nasal drops ephedrine dexamethasone,week by week reduction for 4 weeks.Results The follow-up study of all patients with medication after one year shows that 88 cases(73.3%) are effective,24 cases(20%) are effective,8 cases(6.7%) areinvalid.The total efficiency is 93.33%,with mild adverse reactions.Conclusion The drug treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis has a significanteffect,and fewer adverse reactions,etc.,and low prices,which is worthy ofclinical application.Key words:allergicrhinitis;omprehensive drug treatmen;perennial.
