全直肠系膜切除吻合器行直肠癌保肛手术87例报告

目的探讨实施全直肠系膜切除(TME)下吻合器行直肠癌保肛手术的临床经验。方法全部病例实施TME下采用吻合器行结-直肠吻合保肛。结果本组病例术后均存活、TME后行结-直肠吻合一次成功，术后吻合口瘘2例，治疗后2周内愈合。全部病例保肛成功，术后2周后可出院。本组病例均随访，随诊时间1～5年。患者1、3、5年生存率分别为93％、81．6％、68．9％，术后局部复发4例。结论实施TME下吻合器行直肠癌保肛手术安全可靠、合并症状少，疗效显著。

Seaples applicated in the operation of rectal neoplasms conserved anus after TME of 87 cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical experience of seaples applicated in the operation of rectal neoplasms conserved anus after TME.Methods All the cases were put seaples into practice in the operation of rectum-colon anastomose conserved anus after TME.Results All the cases were lived after operation.It was very succeeded in the surgery of rectum-colon anastomose after TME.2 cases had anastomse gob fistula and were healed up in two weeks.All cases were succeeded in conserving anus,and leaved hospital after the operation two weeks later.The group were all followed-up in one to five years,the rate of survival is 92%,81.6%,68.9%,respectively,1,3,5 years,4 cases have relapses.Conclusion The application of seaples in rectal neoplasms conserved anus operation is safe and realiable,the complication is little and the effect is remarkable.
