磷酸钙生物陶瓷在治疗手部内生软骨瘤中的临床应用

摘    要:目的 探讨磷酸钙生物陶瓷(人工骨)在治疗手部内生软骨瘤中的疗效.方法 2004年10月-2008年10月,对30例手部内生软骨瘤的患者,采用病灶刮除、瘤壁烧灼、人工骨植入术进行治疗.随访内容包括肿瘤的控制、人工骨与自体骨融合情况及病理性骨折愈合情况、有无并发症等方面.结果 术后全部患者切口均I期愈合,平均随访时间为8个月,内生软骨瘤无复发及恶变,人工骨与自体骨均完全融合,无排斥或过敏等并发症发生.术后手功能恢复优良率为86.7%.结论 磷酸钙生物陶瓷是治疗手部内生软骨瘤的一种安全、可靠、实用的植骨材料.

Clinical application of calcium phosphate ceramics in the treatment of enchondroma of the hand
Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of calcium phosphate ceramics(artificial bone) in the treatment of enchondroma of the hand. Methods,Thirty cases of enchondroma of the hand were treated from October 2004 to October 2008.They were treated with curettage of the lesions,cauterizing of the lesion wall and grafting of artificial bone.The assessment included tumor control,artificial bone and autologous bone fusion, pathological fracture healing and complications.Results Postoperatively all the incisions healed primarily.The average follow up time was 8 months.There was no enchondroma recurrence or malignant change.The artificial bone and autologous bone fused completely.There was no rejection or allergic reaction.The excellent and good rate of functional recovery of the affected fingers was 86.7%. Conclusion The calcium phosphate ceramics(artificial bone) is a safe,reliable and practical bone graft substiute material in the treatment of enchondroma of the hand.
