摘    要:目的:通过PHENIXU4检查,观察不同分娩方式对产后42 d女性盆底肌力的影响。方法:选择2012年1月2013年1月产科门诊产后42 d随访患者1 599例,其中阴道分娩组963例,剖宫产组636例,对全部患者行PHENIXU4检查,观察盆底肌力情况。结果:阴道分娩组963例患者中,盆底肌力≤Ⅲ级的752例,发生率78.09%;剖宫产组636例患者中,盆底肌力≤Ⅲ级的212例,发生率33.33%。盆底肌力Ⅲ级及以下患者均有不同程度盆底功能障碍的临床症状。结论:阴道分娩与剖宫产中均有盆底肌力降低患者,两种分娩方式相比,阴道分娩组盆底肌力降低发病率明显高于剖宫产组,阴道分娩后更应尽早行盆底功能检查及治疗。

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of different delivery modes on 42 days postpartum female pelvic floor muscle by PHE- NLXU4 examination. Method 1599 patients were examined by PHENIXU4,they were chosen from obstetric clinic 42 days postpartum fol- low - up from January 2012 to January 2013,963 cases were vaginal delivery,636 cases were cesarean sectlon,all patients underwent PHE- NIXU4 examination to observe the pelvic muscle condition. Results There were 752 eases of pelvic floor muscle level III in vaginal delivery group,the incidence was 78. 09% ,212 cases were pel-~ic floor muscle level III in cesarean section group,the incidence was 33.33% ,Pelvic floor muscle strength less than grade III patients had different degree of pelvic floor dysfunction. Conclusion Both vaginal delivery and ce- sarean section could reduce pelvic floor muscle strength, compared with two kinds of mode of delivery, the decreased incidence of vaginal delivery group is higher than that of cesarean section. After vaginal delivery ,pelvic floor function should be examined and treated as early as possible.
