| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中青年脑梗死患者与血同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及尿酸(UA)的关系。方法:选取102例脑梗死患者,根据年龄分为中青年脑梗死组(40例)和老年脑梗死组(62)例,并选取同期医院住院非脑梗死者为正常对照组,分别采用循环酶法和氧化酶法测定血清HCY和UA的水平。结果:中青年和老年脑梗死组血清HCY、UA水平均高于各自的对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),且中年组脑梗死组HCY、UA水平均高于老年脑梗死组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:高同型半胱氨酸、高尿酸是中青年脑梗死发生的独立危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation of homocysteine and uric acid levels with cerebral infarction（CI） in the young and middle-aged patients and its clinical significance.Method 204 patients were divided into young and middle-aged CI group（40 cases）,senile CI group（62 cases）,and young and middle-aged control group（40 cases）,senile control group（62 cases）,and their serum homocysteine and uric acid levels were measured by enzymatic cycling assay and oxidase method.Results The serum HCY and UA levels of CI group in young and middle-aged and senile were all higher than those of normal control groups（P 0.01 or P 0.05）,the serum HCY and UA levels of CI group in young and middle-aged were significantly higher than those in senil CI（P 0.01or P 0.05）.Conclusion High HCY and high UA level are independent risk factor for CI in the young and middle-aged people. |
