中西医结合治疗急性脑出血56例临床分析

目的:分析急性脑出血患者实施中西医结合治疗的临床效果,总结其临床价值。方法:回顾性分析收治的56例急性脑出血患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组患者为28例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,试验组在对照组基础上增加中医治疗,然后对比两组临床疗效。结果:经过治疗后,试验组相对于对照组临床效果更佳,总有效率为92.8%。结论:中西医结合治疗急性脑出血具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage of 56 cases of clinical analysis

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of implementation of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,to summarize its clinical value. Method A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2012 to July 2012, a total of 56 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients treated, were randomly divided into experimental group and con- trol group,28 cases for each group of patients. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, the experimental group was given increase of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basb of the control group, and then compared two groups of clinical cura- tive effect. Results After our careful treatment,the treatment group compared with control group in clinical effect was better,the total effec- tive rate was 92. 8%. Conclusion Combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage has a good clinical curative effect,iL is worthy of clinical promotion.
