低位小切口甲状腺次全切除术疗效观察

目的:观察研究低位小切口甲状腺次全切除术的综合临床疗效。方法:选取采用低位小切口甲状腺次全切除术治疗的36例患者设为观察组,同时期采用传统甲状腺次全切除术治疗的36例患者设为对照组,然后将两组患者的手术时间、出血量、切口长度、住院时间、术后颈部异常感、并发症发生率及手术前后的生存状态进行比较。结果:观察组的手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,出血量小于对照组,切口长度短于对照组,术后颈部异常感、并发症发生率低于对照组,术后生存状态优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低位小切口甲状腺次全切除术的综合临床疗效较佳,对于术中指标及术后患者生存状态的改善均发挥着更为积极的作用。

Observation on the effect of low mini-incision subtotal thyroidectomy

Objective To observe and study the comprehensive clinical effect of low mini - incision subtotal thyroideetomy. Methods 36 patients treated with low mini - incision subtotal thyroideetomy in our hospital from May 2003 to May 2012 were selected as observation group, and 36 cases treated with traditional subtotal thyroidectomy at the same time were selected as control group,then the op- erative time,blood loss, length of incision, length of stay, postoperative neck abnormal sensation, incidence of complications and survival conditions of two groups before and after the operation were compared. Results The operative time and the length of stay of observation group were both shorter than those of control group, blood loss was less than that of control group,length of incision was shorter than that of control group, postoperative neck abnormal sensation and incidence of complications were lower than those of control group, survival condi- tion after the operation were better than those of control group,all P 〈0.05 ,there were all significant differences. Conclusion The compre- hensive clinical effect of low mini - incision subtotal thyroidectomy is better,and it plays an active role for the improvement of intraoperative indexes and postoperative survival condition of patients.
