| 摘 要： | 冠状动脉（简称冠脉）造影是目前公认诊断冠心病的“金标准”,用冠脉造影对中医证候佐证,有助于阐明中医证候实质.目前冠脉造影评价指标主要有冠脉病变支数、冠脉病变积分和冠脉狭窄程度等,本文从以上三个方面对近10年冠心病中医证型与冠脉造影相关研究进展进行综述和分析.

| Abstract: | Coronary angiography is the gold standard in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. It is useful to evidence the essence of TCM syndromes with the help of coronary angiography. The current indicators to evaluate the result of coronary angiography are number of coronary artery lesion, coronary disease score and the degree of coronary artery stenosis. In this paper, the related study progress on nearly 10 years TCM syndromes of coronary heart disease and coronary angiography were reviewed and analyzed from the three aspects mentioned above. |
