肾康注射液对慢性肾功能不全CKD4期患者微炎性反应状态的影响

目的:观察肾康注射液对慢性肾功能不全CKD4期患者微炎症状态的影响。方法:选择符合纳入标准的65例患者,随机分成治疗组33例、对照组32例。两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用肾康注射液100 ml溶于10%葡萄糖注射液300 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,4周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后C-反应蛋白(C-RP)、白介素-lβ(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)和肌酐、尿素的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后C-RP、IL-lβ、IL-6和肌酐较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05),且与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);尿素较治疗前有显著差异(P<0.05),但与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后尿素较治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05),其余指标较治疗前无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:肾康注射液在改善慢性肾功能不全患者肾功能的同时,能降低IL-1β、IL-6及CRP,具有改善微炎症状态的作用。

Influence of Shengkang injection on the micro - inflammatory states of patients with the CKD4 chronic renal insufficiency

Objective To observe the influence of Shengkang injection on the micro-inflammatory states of patients with the CKD4 chronic renal insufficiency.Method We assigned 65 patients who met the inclusion criteria,They were randomly divided into treatment group（33 cases） and control group（32 cases）.The two groups were received conventional therapy,and the patients in the treatment group were given Shenkang injection（each 20mL,Jiahui Pharmaceutical CoLtd.,Shanxi,Xi＇an） 100mL dissolved in 250mL of 5% glucose jnjection,given intravenously once a day and 4 weeks as a course of treatment.We observed the changes of CRP,IL-lβ,IL-6 and creatinine,urea nitrogen after treatment.Results After treatment,CRP,IL-1β,IL-6 and creatinine conspicuously decreased（P 0.05）,and differed significantly with the control group（P 0.05）.Urea nitrogen differed significantly with pretherapy（P 0.05）,but compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant（P 0.05）.The urea nitrogen of the treatment group differed significantly with pretherapy（P 0.05）,and the other results were not significantly different（P 0.05）.Conclusion Shenkang injection can not only improve the renal function of the chronic renal insufficiency patients,but also decrease the level of IL-1β,IL-6 and CRP,It has the effect to improve the micro-inflammatory states.
