脑出血患者损伤脑组织中Nogo蛋白基因表达与出血患者预后的相关性分析

目的:了解脑出血患者在出血后脑组织中是否有Nogo-A基因的表达及相关性。方法:选择高血压脑出血开颅患者的脑组织30例为试验组,并选择同期相对正常的脑组织作为正常组。两组进行细胞计数,各组随机取四个视野计数细胞。结果:试验组的血清Nogo-A蛋白质量浓度术后及术后1个月相比于正常组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血患者损伤脑组织中Nogo蛋白基因表达与与出血患者预后有相关性,通过干预Nogo-A对神经轴突生长的抑制作用,达到促进损伤神经生长的作用。

Intracerebral hemorrhage in patients with injury of brain tissue in Nogo protein gene expression and correlation analysis of the prognosis of patients with hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the cerebral hemorrhage whether patients have relationship and expression of Nogo-A gene in hemorrhagic brain tissue.Methods Patients with cerebral hemorrhage with 30 cases of test group of hypertensive cerebral,and choosed relatively normal brain tissue as normal group.Two groups of cells were counted in four randomly selected fields,each counting cell.Results In the experimental group,the serum Nogo-A protein concentration and postoperative 1 months compared to the normal group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The expression of Nogo protein gene of cerebral hemorrhage in patients with brain injury and hemorrhage and prognosis,through the intervention of Nogo-A on the inhibition of neurite outgrowth,to promote the injury nerve growth effect.
