射频消融治疗小肝癌的临床疗效分析

目的:分析射频消融治疗小肝癌的临床疗效。方法:选择小肝癌患者143例为研究对象,随机分组,观察组(射频消融治疗组)71例,对照组(手术治疗组)72例,观察并比较两种方法治疗小肝癌的临床疗效。结果:观察组5年生存率为60.6%、3年无瘤生存率为50.7%,与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);并发症的发生率为7.0%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:射频消融治疗小肝癌远期疗效与手术治疗差异不大,但创伤小、并发症发生率低,适合应用于临床。

The clinical effect analysis on radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of small liver cancer

Objective To analyze the clinical effect analysis on radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of small liver cancer.Method 143 patients with small liver cancer were selected as objects in our hospital.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group（radiofrequency ablation group,n = 71） and control group（surgery group,n = 72）.We observed and analyzed the effect for the treatment of small liver cancer.Results In observation group,5-year survival rate was 60.6% and 3-year tumor-free survival rate was 50.7%.Compared with the control group,there was no significant statistical difference（P 0.05）;Incidence of complications was 7%,it was significantly lower than the control group,there was statistical difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion The long-term efficacy difference between radiofrequency ablation and surgery for the treatment of small liver cancer was small,but radiofrequency ablation had small injuries and low complication rate,it was suit for clinic.
