非哺乳期乳腺炎170例临床诊治分析

目的:探讨非哺乳期乳腺炎的临床诊治。方法:2005年9月²012年9月乳腺外科门诊接诊的170例非哺乳期乳腺炎,进行总结分析。结果:170例非哺乳期乳腺炎采取保守治疗21例,其中12例经保守治疗痊愈,9例保守治疗效果不佳进行手术治疗;158例手术中采取脓肿进行切开引流48例,肿块切除术91例,瘘管切开扩大引流术9例,瘘管及周围组织切除术10例;术后随访32012年9月乳腺外科门诊接诊的170例非哺乳期乳腺炎,进行总结分析。结果:170例非哺乳期乳腺炎采取保守治疗21例,其中12例经保守治疗痊愈,9例保守治疗效果不佳进行手术治疗;158例手术中采取脓肿进行切开引流48例,肿块切除术91例,瘘管切开扩大引流术9例,瘘管及周围组织切除术10例;术后随访3⁶个月131例术后痊愈,27例复发,复发率17.06%。结论:非哺乳期乳腺炎应积极采取手术治疗,手术过程中应注意将脓肿及肿块周围扩张导管、炎症组织切除,避免复发。

Clinical analysis of non-lactation mastitis with 170 cases

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of non - lactation mastitis. Method 170 cases of non - lacta- tion mastiffs from September 2005 to September 2012 outpatient breast surgery were analyzed. Results Of 170 cases of non - lactation mas- tltis,21 cases had conservative treatment,of which 12 cases were cured by conservative treatment,9 cases had operation treatment for the bad therapeutic effect of conservative treatment;of 158 cases who had operation,48 cases had abscess incision and drainage operation,91 cases had tumor resection,9 cases had fistulotomy expand drainage, 10 cases had fistula and surrounding tissue resection;They were fol- lowed up for3 -6 months,and we found that 131 patients were healed,27 cases had recurrence,and the recurrence rate was 17. 06%. Con- clusion Non -lactation mastitis should take operation therapy, and attention should be paid to the abscess and mass dilatation catheter, inflammatory tissue resection during the operation process ,to avoid recurrence.
