单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗慢性胆囊炎45例临床分析

目的:探讨单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术对慢性胆囊炎临床疗效。方法:对45例单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的慢性胆囊炎临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:44例均顺利完成手术,手术时间35⁶8 min,平均48.5 min。术中出血1568 min,平均48.5 min。术中出血15⁶0 ml,平均30.6 ml;1例由于肥胖大网膜肥厚遮挡视野及胆囊与周围组织紧密粘连致解剖不清而改为传统腹腔镜术式完成手术。全组病例无出现黄疸、感染、大出血、胆瘘、胆总管损伤等腔镜副损伤。结论:单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术慢性胆囊炎是一种安全、疗效确切,更微创、美观的手术方法。

Analysis of 45 Cases of chronic cholecystitis on transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of the transumbilicus single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method The clinical datas of 45 patients with chronic cholecystitis underwent TUSPLC were retrospectively analyzed.Results 44 patients were successfully operated.Operative time was 35 ~ 68 min,average time was 48.5min.Postoperative bleeding was 15 ~ 60ml,average was 30.6ml.Because of obese and adhesions omentum,the view is obstructed,so 1 case was converted into traditional laparoscopic operation and was successfully performed.All cases had no complications.Conclusion TUSPLC is safe and efficacy,more minimally invasive aesthetic surgery.
