| 摘 要： | 目的:观察百令胶囊对慢性肾功能不全残余肾功能的保护。方法:选慢性肾功能不全患者30例,给予百令胶囊2 g,3次/d,疗程为1个月。结果:观察比较治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、24 h尿量、Ccr的变化,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊对慢性肾功能不全残余肾功能有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe Bailing capsule protection of residual renal function in chronic renal insufficiency.Method We selected 30 cases of chronic renal insufficiency,and they were given Bailing capsule 2 g,three times a day,the course was a month.Results 24-hour urinary protein quantity,24-hour urine volume and Ccr changes were observed before and after treatment.The difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Bailing capsule has protective effect of residual renal function in chronic renal insufficiency. |
