平阳霉素联合曲安奈德治疗疤痕疙瘩的疗效观察

目的:评价平阳霉素联合曲安奈德治疗疤痕疙瘩的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将135例疤痕疙瘩患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组45例,A组患者采用局部注射平阳霉素及曲安奈德,1次/月,连续1²次;B组患者局部注射曲安奈德,1次/月,连续12次;B组患者局部注射曲安奈德,1次/月,连续1²次;C组患者局部注射平阳霉素,1次/月,连续12次;C组患者局部注射平阳霉素,1次/月,连续1²次。结果:A组患者治疗后基愈率为62.22%、总有效率为88.89%;B组患者治疗后基愈率为48.89%、总有效率为68.89%;C组患者治疗后基愈率为31.11%、总有效率为64.44%。A组与B组、C组疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=5.4040,P=0.0201;χ2=7.5155,P=0.0061);B组与C组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.2000,P=0.6547)。三组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:平阳霉素联合曲安奈德治疗疤痕疙瘩安全、有效。

Clinical investigation of pingyangmycin and triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of patients with keloids

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of pingyangmycin combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of keloids.Methods One hundred and thirty-five outpatients with keloids were divided into group A,B and C randomly.Forty-five patients in group A were treated with local pingyangmycin and triamcinolone acetonide injection once a month for 1 to 2 times.Forty-five patients in group B were treated with triamcinolone acetonide once a month for 1 to 2 times.Forty-five patients in group C were treated with pingyangmycin once a month for 1 to 2 times.Results The results of group A after treatment showed that the cured rate and total effect rate were 62.22% and 88.89%,respectively.The results of group B after treatment showed that the cured rate and total effect rates were 48.89% and 68.89% respectively. The results of group C after treatment showed that the cured rate and total effect rate were 31.11% and 64.44% respectively.The effect rate in group A was significant higher than that of group B and C（ X2= 5.4040, P = 0.0201; X2= 7.5155, P = 0.0061）.The effect rate in group B was no statistical significant with group C（X2=0.2000,P = 0.6547）.Conclusion This investigation indicates that pingyangmycin combined with triamcinolone acetonide are an efficacy and safety therapy in the treatment of keloids.
