杨文华教授治疗免疫性血小板减少症经验

杨文华教授采用中西医结合治疗免疫性血小板减少症,以辨证分型论治为先,提出血热妄行、阴虚火旺、气虚不摄、瘀血阻络4种证型.急性型多为血热妄行、阴虚火旺,慢性型多以气虚不摄、瘀血阻络为主,但瘀血症的表现又可见于其他三证之中.认为脾气亏虚、气不摄血是慢性血小板减少症的病机关键,贯穿于慢性血小板减少症病程始终.提出以益气健脾止血法为主,采用中西医结合治疗,同时注重生活调护,获得显著临床疗效,为免疫性血小板减少症患者提供了中西医结合治疗可行方法.

Experience of Professor Yang Wenhua in Treating Immune Thrombocytopenia

Professor Yang Wenhua adopted combine traditional Chinese and western medicine method for treating immune thrombocytopenia. The first treatment project was based on syndrome differentiation. Four syndromes： blood-heat bleeding~ fire excess from yin deficiency, deficient qi failing to control, and stasis blocking channels were proposed. Acute type was mainly with blood-heat bleeding and fire excess from yin deficiency, while chronic type with deficient qi failing to control and stasis blocking channels, but the blood stasis syndrome was also observed inin the other three types. The deficiency-weakness of spleen-qi and deficient qi failing to control syndromes were the main pathogenesis of chronic thrombopenia, through all courses of it. Professor Yang put forward that replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and bleeding method was mainly considered, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine was adopted for treatment. We should focus on regulation of life and get the obvious clinical effect. That provided a feasible method combining traditional Chinese and western medicine project for treating immune thrombocytopenia.
