观察氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效

目的:观察复方氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法:对100例诊断为高血压合并冠心病患者进行临床分组治疗,观察组给予口服氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片,对照组给予口服氨氯地平片,观察治疗半年后两组患者血压及血脂变化情况。结果:观察组服药后收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP)下降程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。血脂方面,观察组患者三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)以及高密度脂蛋白(HDL)改善亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者用药期间均未见明显不良反应。结论:氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片能够有效减低患者血压,控制血脂水平,且不良反应低,值得临床应用。

Observe Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease

Objective Observe the compound amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet for high blood pressure patients the clinical curative effect of coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods 100 cases diagnosed as hypertension treated with coronary heart disease patients for clinical grouping,the observation group was given orally amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets and the control group given orally amlodipine,observed treatment two group of patient＇s blood pressure and blood lipid changes after half a year.Results Observation group after taking systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP） loss were superior to control group（P 〈 0.05）.Blood lipid,observation group of patients with triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,low-density lipoprotein（LDL） and high-density lipoprotein（HDL） improve also is better than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）.Patients during 2 group were no obvious side effects.Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets can effectively reduce the patients blood pressure,control blood lipid levels,and low side effect,is worthy of clinical application.
