胸腺五肽对重度创伤失血性休克大鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的观察胸腺五肽(TP-5)对重度创伤失血性休克大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 54只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组,即对照组(n=6)、重度创伤失血性休克模型组(模型组,n=24)、TP-5复苏组(TP-5组,n=24),在复苏后12h(T_1)、24h(T_2)、48h(T_3)、72h(T_4)各时间窗抽取静脉血,应用流式细胞仪测量T淋巴细胞亚群含量,并应用ELISA法测量肠道黏液内分泌性免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)含量。结果 模型组与TP-5组病死率均为4.17%(1/24),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,模型组T_(14)的CD_44)的CD_4+、CD_4+、CD_4+/CD_8+/CD_8+、SIgA含量均明显下降,CD_8+、SIgA含量均明显下降,CD_8+明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);与模型组比较,TP-5组随复苏时间延长,各项指标逐渐恢复,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论 早期联合应用TP-5复苏治疗对重度创伤失血性休克大鼠免疫功能有一定保护作用。

The effects of TP-5 resuscitating serious traumatic hemorrhagic shock on immune function in rats

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of TP-S on immune function of rats with severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock.Methods 54 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups,the control group(n =6),severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock model(model group,n =24),TP-5 resuscitation group(TP-5 group,n =24),in recovery after12(T1),24(T2),48(T3),72(T4) each time window picked up venous blood,used flow cytometry to measure the content of T lymphocyte subsets and used ELISA to measure SIgA content within intestinal mucus.Results Model group and TP-5 group's mortality rate were 4.17%(1/24),the difference was not statistically significant(P〈0.05).Compared with the control group,model group T(1-4) of CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,SIgA levels were significantly decreased,CD8^+ was significantly higher(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);compared with the model group,TP-5 group with prolonged recovery,the index gradually recovered,significantly better than the model group(P〈0.01,P〈0.05).Conchision Combined TP-5 early resuscitation of severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock in rats immune function have a protective effect.
