通心络胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨通心络胶囊治疗血管性痴呆（VD）的疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的VD患者70例随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例，分别采用通心络胶囊＋脑复康及脑复康治疗，疗程3个月。观察治疗前后患者的临床症状、简易智能评定量表（MMSE）得分、日常生活能力（ADL评分）及脑电地形图，血液流变学、血脂分析等指标。结果治疗组临床症状有效率88X．57％，脑电地形图总有效率62．86％，对照组分别为62．86％、45．71％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。与治疗前比较，2组治疗后MMSE、ADL评分均增加（P＜0．01），且治疗组优于对照组（P＜0．05）。与治疗前比，对照组全血比黏度、血浆黏度均有改善（P＜0．01，P＜0．05）；治疗组全血比黏度、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白均有改善（P＜0．01），且纤维蛋白原、相对低切、血浆黏度、胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白改善较对照组明显（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。结论通心络胶囊能够改善VD患者的认知功能、日常生活能力和临床症状，是治疗血管性痴呆的有效药物。

Clinical observation on effect of Tongxinluo capsule in treating vascular dementia

Objective To study the effect of Tongxinluo capsule in treating vascular dementia .Methods 70 patients selected according to the diagnostic standard of American Association of Psychiatry were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , 35 patients in treatment group were given Tongxinluo ＋Naofukang and Naofukang respectively ,the thera-peutic course was 3 months.Changes of clinical symptoms ,mini-mental state examination （MMSE） and activity of daily living （ADL） score,brain electrical activity mapping,platelet aggregation and blood lipid were observed .Results Total effective rate of clinical symptoms in the treated group was 88 .57% and brain electrical activity mapping markedly effective rate was 62.86%,which was 62.86%and 45.74%in control group respectively（ P 〈0.05）.Compared with pretreatment,the MMSE and ADL score increased in both groups（ P 〈0.01）,the treatment group were superior to those in control group （ P 〈0.05）. the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity in control group was improved （ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05）, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,TC,TG,LDL-C were improved in treatment group （ P 〈0.01）,the changes of low shear viscosity , plasma viscosity,TC,TG,LDL-C in treatment group was more obvious than control group （ P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Tongxinluo is an effective drug which could improve cognitive function ,daily life activity and clinical symptoms in patients with DV.
