摘 要: | 目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清胱抑素C(Cys C)水平与血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)以及颈动脉粥样硬化(CAA)的相关性。方法选择120例脑梗死患者为观察组,同期住院非脑血管疾病患者60例为对照组。检测并比较2组血清Cys C、三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、空腹血糖(FPG)、Hcy水平,以及应用彩色多普勒超声检测其颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果观察组和对照组血清Cys C水平分别为(1.36±0.24)mg/L和(1.03±0.13)mg/L,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、FPG、Hey水平及颈动脉IMT比较差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清Cys C水平与TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FPG均无相关性(r=0.076、-0.158、-0.040、0.012、-0.176,P均>0.05),而与血Hey及颈动脉IMT均呈显著正相关(r=0.871、0.819,P均<0.01)。结论高Cys C血症是脑梗死重要危险因素,与血Hey呈正相关,且与颈动脉粥样硬化的形成密切相关。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation of serum cystatin C ( Cys-C), the level of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) and carotid atherosclerosis (CAA) in acute cerebral infarction (ACI) patients: Methods One hundred and twenty cases of cerebral infarction patients were enrolled as observation group, in the same period, 60 cases of non-cerebrovascular disease patients were enrolled as a control group. The serum Cys-C, three glycerol (TG), cholesterol (TC), low density lipo- protein cholesterol ( LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C), fasting blood glucose (FPG), Hcy levels of the 2 groups were detected and compared, as well as used the color Doppler ultrasound to detect the carotid artery intima-media thick- ness (IMT). Results The observation group and the control group of serum Cys-C were (1.36±0.24) mg/L and (1.03 ±O. 13) mg/L, there was significant difference between the 2 groups ( P 〈 0. O1 ) ; TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, FPG, Hcy level and carotid artery IMT were significant different between the 2 groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). Serum Cys-C level and TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, FPG are not correlated ( r = 0. 076, - 0. 158, - O. 040, O. 012, -0. 176, P 〉 0.05 ) and blood Hcy and carotid artery IMT were significantly positive correlated ( r = 0. 871, O. 819, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion High Cys-C level is an impor- tant risk factor of ACI, and was positively correlated with serum Hcy, and closely related to the formation of CAA. |
