| 摘 要： | 采用马抗人IgE作为刺激剂,以逆向人嗜碱粒细胞脱颗粒试验对84例过敏性哮喘患者和72例正常无过敏史者的嗜碱位细胞释放能力作了观察,哮喘患者的释放能力明显高于正常人。发病年龄小于10岁、小于20岁,有过敏史者其释放能力明显增高,释放能力与血清总 IgE 值、外周血嗜碱粒细胞、嗜酸粒细胞值之间无明显差异。

BASOPHIL "RELEASABILITY"IN PATIENTS WITH ASTHMA |

| Abstract: | By using reverse-human basophil degranulation test stimulated with horse anti-IgE,to observe the basophil "releaSability" in 84 Patients with asthma and 72 normal individuals,we found that the"releasability" in the asthmatics is higher than that of the normals,particularly in patients less than 20 years of age,with an allergic history, and have their onset before 10 years old. No correlation was found between "releasability" induced by anti-IgE and serum IgE level,basophil absolute count as well as eosinophil absolute count. |
