16例胰十二指肠切除术患者的护理

目的探讨胰十二指肠切除术患者的临床观察与护理要点,提高护理水平。方法术前通过对患者全身状况的评估和适当的心理沟通,术后通过对患者生命体征、腹部体征、尿量、各种引流管及并发症等观察护理,进行回顾性分析和总结。结果本组2例出现休克、1例胰漏、1例胆漏、2例切口感染,均及时发现,得到相应处理,使患者迅速康复。结论胰十二指肠切除术患者术前应加强机体的能量储备,树立良好的心理状态以及加强术后患者的观察与护理,能及时发现并发症的先兆,减少并发症的发生。

The nursing care of 16 patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy

Objective To explore the clinical feature and nursing points of patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy,so as to improve the level of nursing care.Methods A retrospective analysis and summary was performed by means of general state assessment and appropriate psychological communication on preoperative patients,observing and nursing for vital signs,abdominal signs,urine,drainage pipes and all kinds of complications after operation.Results In the study,2 cases were complicated with shock,1 case with pancreatic leakage,1 case with bile leakage,and two cases with infection of incisional wound.All the cases were found and treated in time,and were quickly recovered.Conclusion Preoperative adequate energy reserve and good mental state,as well as postoperative careful observation and nursing care should be strengthened,which is available to discover premonition of complications and reduce the complications.
