TUVP结合TURP治疗前列腺增生症36例

目的:探讨前列腺增生症(BPH)的有效治疗方法。方法:采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切(TUVP)结合经尿道前列腺电切(TURP)治疗BPH 36例。结果:30例获得5～10个月的随访,均排尿通畅,并发症少。结论:TUVP结合TURP解除BPH引起的下尿路梗阻是安全有效的,其优点是术中出血少,视野清晰,术后恢复快,能扩大手术适应证。

TUVP combined with TURP for benign prostate hyperplasia in 36 cases

Objective:To study the effective method to treat benign prostate hyp erplasia(BPH).Methods:Transurethral electrovaporization ablation of the prostate(TUVP) combined with transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP) was adopted i n 36 patients with BPH.Results:30 cases were followed up for 5~10 months,the res ult was satisfactory,with normal micturition and few complications.Conclusion:Th e result shows that TUVP combined with TURP is effective and safe for relieving the lower urinary tract obstruction,and possesses the following advantages such as less bleeding,clear field of view during operation,quick recovery after opera tion etc.It is a reliable method to treat BPH.
