| 摘 要： | <正> 空气微生物采样是测定空气消毒效果所不可缺少的重要手段。用过滤法采样,捕获效率高,对效果的测定也较准确。采样滤材,过去多使用超细玻璃棉,过氯乙烯纤维或谷氨酸柱等。它们滤效较高,可达99.9%以上,但有的不溶于水,难以将所有采获的细菌洗下、有的虽可溶于水,但使用不便。为改进空气采样滤材,我们与北京造纸研究所协作,

| Abstract: | The 704-filter paper was developed as a new sampling material. It can be dispersed in distilled water, so it is convenient for microbiological examination. The filtration efficiency of the paper is equivalent to that of the highly efficient FPP-15 filter material, and exceeds 99.9% for the bacteriophage of E. coli.The 704-filter paper does not influence the results of bacteria culture examination, reverse indirect hemoagglutination test, immunocarbon test and immunofluorescen test. test. The paper can be stored at least for 7 years. |
