| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）急性加重期的临床疗效。方法：81例患者分为治疗组和对照组2例。治疗组42例在西医常规治疗基础上，加服中药汤剂及静脉滴注中药制剂，对照组39例以西医常规治疗。结果：2组疗效比较，治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗COPD急性加重期较西医常规治疗具有 明显的优势。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine(WM)for severe stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:81 cases were allocated to two groups randomly.The treatment group(42 cases)was treated by routine WM,herbal drug decoction and intravenous drip of herbal preparation,and 39 cases by only routine WM as control.Results:The total effective rate was higher in treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:TCM combined with WM for COPD is superior than WM alone. |
