摘    要:在病理学的教学环节中针对课时少,教学任务重的现状,开辟第二课堂,筛选典型尸检病例,引导学生利用课堂知识分析实际病例,培养学生临床思维能力,充分发挥病理学的桥梁作用是很有价值的教学课题。我们引入了PCMC教学模式,即以临床典型病例为基础、以问题为先导的启发式临床医学教学模式,并结合多媒体进行临床医学教学,充分调动医学生学习的主动性,收到良好的效果。以我校2007级军海麻临床医学专业5个班学生为观察对象,随机选择20名学生为实验组,20名学生为对照组进行预试验,参加病理学第二课堂,以临床病例讨论课为载体,开展PCMC教学,进行调查问卷。结果显示:第二课堂采用PCMC教学模式有利于激发学生学习兴趣和多种能力的培养,教学效果明显,同时也反映了学生学习过程中存在的问题。

Primary practice and evaluation of problem originated clinical medical curriculum(PCMC)in pathological second classroom

Abstract:There is a valuable teaching topic for adaptation of the condition of less hours and more teaching task in pathological teaching process to get a better bridge between preclinical and clinical medicine,which is to explore the second classroom for discussing typical autopsy cases and guiding students to analyze with clinical thoughts.The authors have used PCMC,which is clinical casesbased and problem-guided medical teaching model,combined with projector to teaching pathology and making students more active for learning.20 students in experiment group and 20 students in control group were selected from 5 classes of 2007 clinical medical students to enter the pathological second classroom autopsy cases discussion by PCMC teaching model.The questionnaire of primary PCMC in the pathological second classroom has shown a better effect in the aspects of learning interest and multiple abilities training of students.On the other hand,there are also some negative problems.
