| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨泌尿生殖系癌肉瘤的诊断和治疗.方法:6例均行手术切除.结果:术后病理和免疫组化证实为癌肉瘤,1例于术后2个月死于肺转移,1例术后5个月死于肝、肺、骨转移,1例术后10个月死于肝、肺转移,1例术后30个月死于远隔转移,1例失访,1例现已生存28个月.结论:泌尿生殖系癌肉瘤临床罕见,术前诊断困难,免疫组化有助于诊断.恶性程度高,预后差,尽早行根治性切除是最佳治疗方法. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis and treatmeat of the carcinosarcoma in urine and reproduction system. Methods: Surgical operations were performed in all the six cases. Results: All were proved to be carcinosarcoma by pathology and immunohistochemistry after operation, i.e. 4 cases died of carcinomatous deseases, one was not followed up and the other one case has been alived for 28 months by now. Conclusion: The carcinosarcoma in urinary and genital system is rare clinically and is difficult to be diagnosed preoperatively. The immunohistochemistry is helpful for diagnosis of the disease. It is malignant with bad prognosis and early radical resection will be the best treatment. |
