银杏达莫在内皮细胞氧化损伤中保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察银杏达莫对H2O2引起的体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞氧化性损伤的保护作用,并初步探讨银杏达莫在动脉内皮氧化损伤中的作用机制。方法 H2O2引起体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞及家兔动脉内皮氧化性损伤,观察银杏达莫对内皮细胞氧化损伤的保护作用。结果在各试验浓度中较高浓度银杏达莫对H2O2引起体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞氧化性损伤有明显的保护及促增殖作用。结论银杏达莫对H2O2引起的体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞氧化性损伤有明显保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the Protection of Geinkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole(GLED) on oxidative damage in human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs),and the Protection on oxidative damage in rabbits.Methods The HUVECs cells and rabbits were damaged by H2O2,The protective effect of GLED on endothelial cells was obseved.Results GLED have significant protection on the oxidative damaged HUVECs caused by of H2O2,at a higher concentration GLED has a protective effect on oxidative damage of rabbit arterial endothelium.Conclusion GLED have potent protection on oxidative damage,it is worth paying attention in the further study.
