中西医结合治疗心肌梗死的临床分析

目的分析中西医结合应用于心肌梗死的效果,以更好的指导临床医治。方法随机选择我院2010年3月至2012年3月心肌梗死患者86名,分成A、B两组,A组对照组患者33名,给予莫诺美地方法医治;B组治疗组患者53名,在A组基础上加中药方法医治。结果经医治,B组患者冠状动脉再通比例大于A组,左心射血分数高于A组,不良反应发生率低于A组,有效率高于A组患者。结论中西医结合方法应用于心肌梗死,患者病症恢复较好,有效率较高。

Integrative Medicine Clinical analysis of the treatment of myocardial infarction

Objective Analysis Integrative effect applied to myocardial infarction,in order to better guide clinical healing.Methods Random selection in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 myocardial infarction patients with 86,divided into A,B two groups,group A control group of 33 patients,to give Mono Yosemite methods to heal;B group,the treatment group of 53 patients,A group based on the healing and traditional Chinese medicine.Results After healing,group B patients with coronary artery recanalization ratio greater than in group A than in group A,the left ventricular ejection fraction lower than the A group,the incidence of adverse reactions,efficiency higher than that in group A patients.Conclusion Integrative method is applied to better recovery of myocardial infarction,the patient＇s condition,there are more efficient.
