中晚期宫颈癌放疗效果与血红蛋白浓度关系的研究

目的探讨血红蛋白浓度（Hb）对中晚期宫颈癌局部控制率（cR）的影响。方法2003年1月至2008年5月间125例中晚期宫颈癌患者采用根治性放疗，放疗前及放疗中检测患者Hb浓度，观察Hb与CR的关系。结果放疗前Hb正常组、轻度贫血组、中度贫血组的CR分别为86．54％。55．88％，20％，P〈0．01。放疗中Hb升高组较降低组的CR高，差异显著（P〈0．01）。结论血红蛋白浓度影响肿瘤局部控制率，应及时纠正贫血状态以提高放疗疗效。

Influence of peripheral blood hemoglobin on the efficacy of radiotherapy in cervical carcinoma of middle and advanced stage

Objective To explore the Influence of peripheral blood hemoglobin on the efficacy of radio-therapy in cervical carcinoma of middle and advanced stage. Methods From January 2003 to May 2008, 125patients with middle and advanced cervical carcinoma underwent radiotherapy. The peripheral blood hemo-globin concentration for all patients was measured before and during radiotherapy to observe the relationship be-tween the level of hemoglobin and tumor control rate. Results The local control rate of cervical carcinoma were 86. 54% ,55.88% and 20% respectively when the level of hemoglobin before radiotherapy were normal, mild a-nemia, moderate anemia. The local control rate in the group of increased level of hemoglobin was higher than that in the group of decreased level of hemoglobin. There was significant different(P <0. 01). Conclusion The lev-el of hemoglobin may affect the local control rate of cervical carcinoma,we should correct the anemia to inhance the the efficacy of radiotherapy.
