| 摘 要： | 目的分析某部队医院住院病人抗感染药物的临床应用趋势.方法以金额、DDDs、日均药费为指标,对该院住院2002～2004年抗感染药的使用情况进行分析.结果 3年来,该院住院病人抗感染用药金额呈上升趋势,而占总金额比例相对稳定.在各亚类抗感染药物应用中头孢菌素类应用额度最高,增长最快,青霉素类呈下降趋势,其他各类基本稳定.结论该院住院病人抗感染药物的临床应用基本合理,但存在一些不合理现象.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE analyzing clinic applied trend in the dosage of anti-infective drugs on patients being hospitalized at Certain Army Hospital.METHODS taking amount of money, DDDs and mean expenses for medicine daily as index to analyse applied circumstances in anti-infection drugs on patient being hospitalized during 2002 to 2004. RESULTS The amount of money of anti-infective drugs for patients has being increased in currently 3 years, but the proportion to total amount is stable comparatively. The dosage line of cephalosporins genus is the most and the increase is most rapid in various subgroups, penicillin genus shows downtrend, other genera are stable basically. CONCLUSION The dosage of anti-infective drugs in clinic use for hospitalized patient is reasonable properly, but there are some unreasonable things happed to that. |
