成人牙牙合畸型的心理特点及护理对策

目的：笔者对成人患者正畸治疗的心理特点进行研究分析，以便针对不同特点在临床工作中采取相应对策。方法：随机选择近3年在我科正畸门诊完成的病例中年龄18—40岁之间的成人病例164例作为研究组，年龄在8—16岁之间的儿童青少年164例作为对照组，通过询问，填调查表，查阅病例和随访方式进行。结果：成人正畸治疗中女性明显多于男性，86．72％的患者是为了牙齿美观，利于工作和社交。76．51％的患者采取有限矫治。矫治中患者情绪变化大，对疗效有顾虑。结论：成人正畸治疗与儿童青少年不同，有其自身显著特点，根据成人正畸治疗的特点，在临床工作中要特别注意尊重患者，帮助他们正视现实，对治疗效果有一个科学的认识，消除各种顾虑，对有心理障碍的患者更应特别关注。

Psychological characteristic and nursing of adult malocclusion

Objective: To investigate the psychological characteristic of adult orthodontics. Methods:164 adult patients ageing from 18 to 40 years old were randomly selected as research group. 164 young patients ageing from 8 to 16 years old were selected as control group. The study was conducted through interview, inventory and follow-up.Results:The number of female patients was more than male in adult orthodontics therapy. 86.72%patients were therapy for teeth beauty.76.51% patients had restrictive orthodontics therapy. Different psychological changes were found in therapy. Conclusion:The psychological characteristic of adult orthodontics patients was different from young patients. So these patients should be respected in therapy and good care should be paid for them,especially for the patients of mental disorder.
