| 摘 要： | 目的探索重症急性呼吸道综合征患者免疫功能的变化。方法应用流式细胞仪对我院确诊的58例重症急性呼吸综合征患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群进行测定。结果重症急性呼吸综合征患者白细胞总数正常或降低,淋巴细胞的绝对数降低,CD3(T淋巴细胞)和CD4(辅助性T淋巴细胞)比正常对照组低,在不同病程的3组重症急性呼吸综合征患者中,1周内和1～3周内患者的CD3和CD4比3周后明显降低,发病后的3周逐渐恢复。结论重症急性呼吸综合征患者淋巴细胞功能降低,表现为淋巴细胞绝对数降低,T淋巴细胞总数、辅助性T淋巴细胞的降低。随着病情好转,淋巴细胞绝对数、T淋巴细胞总数和辅助性T淋巴细胞逐渐增加。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the change of immunity in severe acut respiratory syndrome (SARS) cases.Method Lymphocyte subsets were measur ed by flow cytometry in 58 SARS cases.Result Counts of white blood cell (WBC) and lymphocyte were decreased.CD3 (T-cell) and CD4 (helper T-cell) cells in SARS cases were lower than those in normal group.CD3 and CD4 cells in the first week and from the first to the third week were lower than those after 3 weeks.CD3 an d CD4 cells were increased after 3 weeks.Conclusion Lymphocyte function is redu ced in SARS cases;T-cell and helper T-cell significantly decrease.Along with the condition improved, lymphocytes, T-cell and helper T-cell gradually increase. |
