摘    要:目的 研究海水浸泡对失血性休克大鼠血流动力学的影响,并探讨其改变机制。方法 采用雄性Wistar大鼠,分为3组;正常对照组(n=8),平原休克组(n=8),海水浸泡失血性休克组(n=8)。测定血流动力学指标,血浆磷脂酶A2(PLA2)活性,心肌和心肌线粒体钙含量,心肌线粒体Ca^2+、g^2+-ATPase活笥变化,血浆和心肌MDA的变化。结果 海水浸泡失血性休克动物血流动力学明显低于平原失血性休

Abstract:Objective To study the changes of hemodynamics and their mechanism during hemorrhagic shock and seawater immersion in rats. Methods 24 male Wistar rats were equally randomized into the normal control, hemorrhagic shock and hemorrhagic shock+seawater immersion groups. The hemodynamic parameters, the activity of plasma PLA 2, the calcium content of myocardium and myocardial mitochondria, the activity of Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase of myocardial mitochondria and the plasma and myocardial content of MDA were determined. Results The hemodynamic parameters were significantly lower in the hemorrhagic shock+seawater immersion group than in the control and simple hemorrhagic shock groups ( P <0.05). The MDA and calcium contents of the myocardium and myocardial mitochondria were significantly higher in the hemorrhagic shock+seawater immersion than in the control and simple hemorrhagic shock groups. The activity of H + ATPase and Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase was lower and that of plasma PLA 2 was higher in the hemorrhagic shock+seawater immersion group than in the control and simple hemorrhagic shock groups. Conclusion Overloading of calcium of the myocardium, peroxidation of lipids and the elevation of the activity of plasma PLA 2 possibly are the factors to result in the lowering of the hemodynamic parameters in cases of hemorrhagic shock accompanied with seawater immersion.
