健忘镇痛慢诱导用于俯卧位胸腰椎手术

目的探讨健忘镇痛慢诱导用于俯卧位胸腰椎手术的优势。方法随机将120例胸腰椎后路手术患者分为A、B2组：A组行健忘镇痛慢诱导,在指令下由医护人员协助自主翻身成俯卧位,手术结束前减为浅麻醉,令其自行翻身平卧;B组行快速诱导,由医护人员翻身摆体位。分别记录患者各时段血压和心率、气管插管和翻身过程中的呛咳反应,维持循环所用药物及剂量,随访患者术后对气管插管和翻身过程的印象。结果B组有13例在翻身后5min内收缩压〈70mmHg（1mmHg=133.322Pa）,2例导管扭折,拔管期躁动19例。而A组患者插管后能在指令下翻身摆好手术体位,翻身时血压下降不明显,俯卧位时导管不扭折,且能有效保护病变部位。结论健忘镇痛慢诱导用于俯卧位胸腰椎手术优于快速诱导。
