| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨自行调节式口腔矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸低通气暂停综合征(OSAHS)患者舌体及软腭的变化.方法 采用X线头影测量分别对32例OSAHS患者戴用矫治器治疗前、医师经验位和患者调节位的舌体及软腭的变化进行测量.结果 与治疗前比较,OSAHS患者戴用矫治器后,医师经验位和患者调节位睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数分别降低了87.6%和93.1%,舌根后气道间隙分别增宽了19.56%和35.13%,软腭舌接触长度分别缩短了45.40%和52.39%.结论 自行调节式口腔矫治器于患者调节位时能更有效的减少上气道狭窄,减轻睡眠呼吸暂停.
