| 摘 要： | 目的 调查连云港所属地区医疗机构诊治不育症的现状.方法 采用调查问卷方式,针对不孕不育症的诊治情况向连云港市8家医院展开调研,了解诊治不孕不育症的基本情况.分析296例确诊不孕症病例的规范病因筛查资料.结果 基层医疗单位缺乏规范、系统的不孕不育诊疗结构.与规范不孕症病因筛查相比较,其初诊病因符合规范化诊治病因筛查的仅为41.2%(122/296).结论 规范的不孕不育诊断和治疗,能够在最优化的前提下筛选出病因,针对病因选择合适的诊疗方案,应该在基层医疗机构中推广应用.
