局部麻醉在腹股沟疝无张力修补术的应用

目的 比较局部麻醉和硬膜外麻醉下行腹股沟疝无张力修补术的效果.方法 120例腹股沟疝无张力修补患者随机均分为局部麻醉(A组)和硬膜外麻醉(B组)两组,对两组的手术时间、术后下床活动时间、术后伤口疼痛、术后尿潴留、麻醉满意率和住院费用等进行比较研究.结果 A组在手术时间、术后下床活动时间、术后尿潴留、住院费用等方面均优于B组(P<0.05).结论 局部麻醉下施行无张力疝修补术具有操作简单、患者痛苦小、恢复快、手术并发症少、住院时间短及住院费用低等优点.

Application of local anesthesia for tension-free inguinal hernia repair
